But you’re not okay either.


It’s just this quiet feeling…like something is missing.


And you don’t even know what.


You’ve Been Giving Too Much of Yourself


Your time. Your energy. Your attention.


To people, to conversations, to situations that don’t give the same back.


And slowly…you start feeling drained.


Not because you’re weak but because you’re tired in a way that’s hard to explain.


You Haven’t Been Checking in With Yourself


You’ve been busy.


Thinking about others.Fixing things.Trying to keep everything together.


But when was the last time you asked yourself:

“How am I really feeling?”


You’re Not Empty, You’re Overwhelmed


Sometimes emptiness isn’t a lack of feeling.


It’s too many feelings that your mind just doesn’t know how to process anymore.

So it goes quiet.


You Might Be Holding On to Something Unfinished


A person.A memory.A version of your life that didn’t work out.


And even if you’ve moved on on the outside…a part of you is still there.


You Need Rest, Not Answers


Not everything needs to be figured out right now.


Not every feeling needs a reason.


Sometimes, you just need:

  • Space

  • Silence

  • A moment to breathe

You’re not empty.


You’re just disconnected from yourself for a while.


And that’s okay.


You’ll find your way back slowly, gently, in your own time, one breath at a time.
